A Life Lived with Intention

Mellow is a quarterly print magazine designed as a ritual for the senses—a quiet place to rest in a world that rarely pauses. Created for those who choose presence over distraction, Mellow invites readers to rest in the gentle in-between. Rooted in the belief that mindfulness is not a checklist but a way of being, it unfolds with the seasons, offering stories, art, and reflections on slowness, sensory wonder, and quiet beauty. Content is gently guided by the Six Dimensions of Wellness, interpreted through a creative, sensory lens. Designed with breath and space, Mellow’s layout features floating text, soft margins, and dreamy abstract images that drift like clouds across the pages, encouraging reflection. Each issue is accompanied by a custom scent strip that gently grounds readers in the season. Mellow also features full-spread artist showcases which drift across the pages, weaving visual stillness into the narrative.

This magazine was made in collaboration with Gemma Bosch and Lillian Ingabire. A seasonal magazine published acording to the seasons.
