Holy Omelet is a copious compendium on omelets. The book is strange, curious and fascinating, celebrating the peculiar human instinct to make something out of nothing.

Structured into 58 mini chapters, the 640 pages of this book takes you down the rabbit hole through time and across cultures, from ancient kitchens to modern TikTok feeds. Its loose narrative sequencing gives the feeling of a doomscroll, following natural curiosity and ending up in strange corners.
